Australia Stand & Express shipping

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order be processed and order will be shipped once funds are clear.

All Australian orders are posted via  Australia Post with tracking. Ciss & Cola have  flat rate shipping.


Standard Shipping $10 – 3-10 business days depending on the location

Express shipping $15 – 1-3 business days for those located in post express network

Please note the delivery times above are only an estimate and Ciss & Cola are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, especially in high volume periods. No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries as Ciss & Cola cannot guarantee Australia Posts will not have any delays. The courier will assess the area to see if there is a safe place to leave the package otherwise a calling card will be left and instruct you to collect the package from the local post office.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not refund due to change of mind or style. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Ciss & Cola are not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change of mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. If the items were purchased with a discount code, your store credit will be the amount of the discounted price (sale items cannot be returned)

Store credits expire within 12 months.

  • It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
  • Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
  • Headwear, undergarments and bodysuits cannot be returned due to health and hygiene purposes.

What can be returned?

All full priced items, approved by Ciss& Cola may be returned for an online store credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase excluding any items on sale or special promotion. Confirmed returns will be upon the discretion of Ciss & Cola after inspection and satisfied that the items meet the returns policy. Items must be returned in 100% original condition with tags and the below to receive your online credit note

  • Unworn, Unwashed, Un-perfumed
  • Free of make-up, fake tan, deodorant and body odour
  • Garments must not be damaged or altered
  • We do not accept returns on body suits for hygiene purposes
  • All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for other items

Any returns that fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you. Shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer unless deemed otherwise by Ciss & Cola. Returns will not be processed until items have been received by Ciss & Cola for physical inspection. We advise a tracking method for shipping as Ciss & Cola do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.


We cannot guarantee exchange for the exact same product due to the fast turnover and therefore suggest you use your store credit for a different size or style.

Sale items

Any items purchased on sale or during special promotion are final and cannot not be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

If you consider your item to be faulty please contact our customer service team so we can handle the issue with high priority to find the best outcome for you. All claims are dealt with individual basis and the outcome of the refund is at the discretion of Ciss & Cola. If the fault has been approved the amount will be refunded back to the original payment method used for the purchase or alternatively a store credit will be issued.

Processing of Returns

Once the parcel has been received in office it will take 2-5 days to be processed. During peak times please allow extra time for processing. Please contact to initiate the return process.
