A small booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is fully redeemable towards any purchase made during your visit. Non refundable.

We completely understand that life happens. If you cannot attend, simply let us know at least 2 hours prior, and we will happily reschedule your session to another suitable time.

If no contact is made before your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited. We won’t be offended, we know things get busy so please understand that as a small business, we reserve this dedicated time just for you when we could have been assisting another customer.
